By using Sunder ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. The Service
Sunder is a music discovery app that lets you explore genres, rate albums, and track your listening journey. We provide the platform; you provide the curiosity.
2. Your Account
You can use Sunder anonymously or create an account via Sign in with Apple or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Don't share your credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Sunder for its intended purpose. You will not:
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service
- Interfere with the app's infrastructure or other users' experience
4. Content & Music
Sunder provides album metadata, descriptions, and links to streaming services. We do not host or stream music. All album artwork, track listings, and metadata are sourced from public APIs (Spotify, Apple Music, MusicBrainz) and are the property of their respective rights holders.
5. Your Data
Your ratings, tags, and progress data belong to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
6. Availability
We strive to keep Sunder available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, update features, or modify the service at any time.
7. Termination
You can stop using Sunder at any time by deleting the app and/or your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Disclaimer
Sunder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
